Madhav Bharadwaj Preparation Strategy & Insights

Background\n\nI come from a family of entrepreneurs and was always drawn to the idea of making a difference in society. Growing up, I was fascinated by the work of civil servants and the impact they have on people's lives. I decided to pursue a career in the civil services, but it wasn't an easy decision. I had to convince my parents, who were skeptical about the prospects of a career in the civil services.\n\n### Study Plan\n\nI started preparing for the civil services exam while working full-time at Microsoft. It was a challenging task, but I was determined to succeed. I created a study plan that allowed me to balance my work and studies. I would wake up early every morning to study, and then head to the office. I also joined a coaching institute to get guidance and support.\n\n### Challenges\n\nOne of the biggest challenges I faced was balancing my work and studies. It was difficult to manage my time, and I often found myself working late into the night. I also faced self-doubt and uncertainty about my ability to crack the exam. There were times when I felt like giving up, but I pushed through and kept working towards my goal.\n\n### Strategies\n\nI used a combination of online and offline resources to prepare for the exam. I would watch videos, read articles, and take practice tests to assess my knowledge. I also joined a study group to collaborate with other aspirants and learn from their experiences. Time management was key to my success. I created a schedule that allowed me to balance my work and studies, and I stuck to it.\n\n### Interview Experience\n\nThe interview was a challenging experience, but it was also an opportunity to showcase my skills and knowledge. I was asked a range of questions, from my background and interests to my views on current events. I was also asked to answer behavioral questions, which required me to give examples from my past experiences.\n\n### Success\n\nI was thrilled when I received the news that I had cleared the exam. It was a culmination of all my hard work and dedication. I felt a sense of pride and accomplishment, knowing that I had achieved my goal. Perseverance was key to my success. I didn't give up, even when things seemed impossible. I kept working towards my goal, and it paid off in the end.\n\n- Start early and create a study plan
