Background\n\nGrowing up, I was always fascinated by the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and the impact it had on the country. My parents, both government employees, would often share stories about the IAS officers they worked with, and I was inspired by their dedication and commitment to public service. I knew from a young age that I wanted to join the IAS and make a difference in people's lives.

Study Plan\n\nMy journey to the IAS began with a clear study plan. I started by setting specific goals for myself, both short-term and long-term. I created a schedule that allowed me to balance my studies with other activities, such as reading and staying physically fit. I also made sure to review and revise my notes regularly, using flashcards and concept maps to help me remember key concepts.

Challenges\n\nThe journey to the IAS is not easy, and I faced many challenges along the way. One of the biggest challenges I faced was the pressure to perform well in the exams. I had to deal with stress and anxiety, which affected my motivation and focus. I also had to overcome self-doubt and imposter syndrome, which made me question my abilities and worth.

Success\n\nIn the end, my hard work and dedication paid off. I secured AIR 118 in the UPSC CSE 2023 exam, which was a dream come true. I was overjoyed and relieved, and I felt a sense of pride and accomplishment. I knew that I had worked hard to achieve my goal, and I was proud of myself for persevering through the challenges and setbacks.
