Preparation Strategy
Background
I was born in Delhi and grew up in a family that valued education. From a young age, I was fascinated by the world of politics and governance, and I knew that I wanted to make a career in the civil services. I joined Vajiram & Ravi, one of the most prestigious coaching institutes in India, to prepare for the UPSC CSE.
Study Plan
My study plan was rigorous and well-structured. I started by creating a detailed schedule that covered all the subjects, including General Studies, Essay, and Optional. I allocated specific time slots for each subject and stuck to it consistently. I also made sure to review my notes regularly and practice previous years' question papers.
Challenges
The biggest challenge I faced was balancing my studies with other activities. I had to juggle my coaching classes, self-study, and extracurricular activities, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I also had to deal with self-doubt and anxiety, which were common among my peers. But I never gave up.
Strategies
To overcome the challenges, I employed several strategies. I made sure to stay organized and prioritize my tasks. I also practiced time management and learned to handle stress. Interview Experience
