I've always been fascinated by the world of governance and politics. Growing up, I was inspired by the leaders who shaped our nation's history. My interest in Public Administration and International Relations (PSIR) only deepened as I delved into the subject in college.\n\n### Study Plan Creating a study plan was a crucial step in my preparation. I divided my time into manageable chunks, allocating specific hours for each subject. I also made sure to include regular breaks to avoid burnout. Consistency was key to my success.\n\n### Challenges There were times when I felt overwhelmed by the sheer volume of material. I had to re-evaluate my priorities and focus on the most critical topics. My family and friends were a great source of support during this period.\n\n### Strategies I employed a variety of strategies to stay motivated. I joined a study group, which provided a sense of community and accountability. I also made it a point to read newspapers and current events regularly, to stay updated on the latest developments.\n\n### Interview Experience The interview experience was both exhilarating and intimidating. I was well-prepared for the questions, but I still felt a sense of nervousness. The panelists were knowledgeable and asked thought-provoking questions.\n\n### Success Securing rank 64 was a dream come true. It was the culmination of months of hard work and dedication. I'm grateful for the experience and the lessons I've learned along the way.
