AIR 230 • UPSC CSE 2022 • Optional: Electrical Engineering
I still remember the day I decided to take the UPSC exam. It was a turning point in my life, and I was determined to make it happen. I had always been fascinated by the Indian administrative system and wanted to be a part of it.
My study plan was quite rigorous, and I followed a strict schedule. I would wake up early in the morning and start my day with a thorough review of my notes. I also made sure to allocate time for self-study and practice questions. My optional subject, Electrical Engineering, was a challenge, but I was determined to master it.
There were times when I felt like giving up, but I didn't. I kept pushing myself, and eventually, I started to see progress. The biggest challenge for me was time management. I had to balance my studies with other responsibilities, and it was tough. But I managed to stay focused and motivated.
My strategy was to stay consistent and persistent. I believed that if I could just stay on track, I would eventually achieve my goal. I also made sure to take breaks and not burn out. I would take a walk or do some exercise to refresh my mind.
The interview experience was nerve-wracking, but I was well-prepared. I had practiced my responses to common questions and was confident in my abilities. The panel asked me questions about my optional subject, and I was able to answer them confidently.
Securing rank 230 was a dream come true for me. It was a culmination of all my hard work and dedication. I felt a sense of pride and accomplishment, and I knew that I had made the right decision in pursuing my dream.
